WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK THE ROSE INFUSED BINDERS?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MINI, A7 AND A6 ENVELOPES?

BOTH THE A7 AND A6 CAN FIT INTO A 6 RINGED BINDER WHEN HOLE PUNCHED. HOWEVER, THE A7 SIZES ARE MORE SO FOR POCKET SIZED PLANNERS. THEY ARE SLIGHTLY BIGGER THAN A MINI ENVELOPES AND SMALLER THAN AN A6 ENVELOPE.

MINI- BEST FOR SMALL LV OR SMALL WALLETS (3X4) *UNABLE TO BE HOLE PUNCHED*

A7- BEST FOR SMALL WALLETS WITH 6 RINGS FOR CATEGORIES LIKE GROCERIES, GAS OR ANY VARIABLE EXPENSES (3X5)

A6- BEST FOR PERSONAL SIZED BINDERS WITH 6 RINGS FOR CATEGORIES LIKE EMERGENCY FUND, SAVINGS, CHRISTMAS OR ANY LONG TERM SAVINGS CATEGORY. (3X6.5)

A6 TALL- SERVES THE SAME PURPOSE AS AN A6 ENVELOPE EXCEPT IT CAN HOLD MORE MONEY IN THEM (4X6.5)

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

The processing time for my items are 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks). Most of the time, I ship my items faster than expected. Please keep in mind that all of my items are done by myself and are handcrafted. Meaning that not every item will be perfect but, I am a bit of a perfectionist so, I will strive to make every item as perfect as I can.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

I will offer to redo your order or provide a refund if the item was damaged upon shipment but, you must show proof of the damaged item.

If you have a damaged order for envelopes then you have two options:

1. I will redo your order

2. I will offer a partial refund

If you have a damaged order for binders then you have two options:

1. I will offer a partial refund

2. I will offer a discount

* Please note that I cannot do a redo for a rose infused or money binder but, I will definitely offer a partial refund or some other solution*

If you would like to cancel your order before shipment then, a refund would be sent to your bank account within 2-3 business days

WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE A TO CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to change your order before it ships out then, you may contact me via email or phone. Please note that any changes to your order is not guaranteed but, I will make it my priority.
