Return Policy
A 30-day return period is available from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase included.
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item please contact princessbudgetsllc@gmail.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a desired replacement is to complete a return for the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Customers will be notified once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to complete the refund process.
