All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with attention to detail to ensure the best customer experience.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 weeks for order processing before shipment. This excludes weekends, holidays, and vacations. Each item is handmade or carefully prepared, which may require additional processing time depending on order volume. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delays may occur during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Customers can use this number to monitor delivery progress.

Incorrect Addresses
Please verify that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. Princesa Budgets is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact princessbudgetsllc@gmail.com for assistance. Every effort will be made to resolve the issue with the carrier.
